Your Loved One Never Leaves Our Care
Because we own and operate our own crematory, your loved one always remains under the direct care of our licensed and certified staff. This gives families confidence that every detail is managed with dignity and respect.
Safeguards for Peace of Mind
- Personal Identification
From the moment your loved one is entrusted to us, a secure identification band is placed to ensure absolute accuracy.
- Unique Tracking System
Every individual is assigned a unique stainless steel identification disc and tracking number. This system documents every stage of care, including transfer details, arrival times, and technician oversight. Personal belongings are carefully inventoried and safeguarded until returned to the family.
- Family Identification
Before cremation, families may choose to make a positive identification in a casket or cremation container for added reassurance.
- Careful Oversight
Two staff members must review and sign all cremation documentation before the process begins. During cremation, records are kept of the date, time, crematory operator, and identification details, all logged and initialed for accuracy.
After the Cremation
Once complete, the cremated remains are placed together with the stainless steel identification disc in the urn of your choice.
