Kyle Dungan

Manager, Funeral Director & Embalmer

Kyle Dungan has served families with Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Denison since 2016. He views funeral service as more than a profession, seeing it as a calling rooted in care, guidance, and responsibility. Kyle finds meaning in helping families navigate one of life’s most difficult seasons by easing burdens, coordinating details, and providing a sense of peace and closure through thoughtful, dignified care.

Kyle has a strong connection to the Grayson County communities he serves and values the area’s growth, diversity, and close-knit spirit. He is active in local churches with his family and is deeply involved with the Rotary Club of Denison, where he supports community programs, nonprofit organizations, and youth initiatives. Being engaged in civic life allows him to serve families both inside and outside the funeral home.

Kyle’s path into funeral service began through his work with individuals with special needs after studying Electronic Media and Communications at Texas Tech University. His career was shaped by mentorship in a small-town funeral home setting, where he learned the importance of compassion, integrity, and attention to detail. Having experienced personal loss himself, including the passing of his brother, Kyle brings genuine empathy and understanding to every family he serves.

Outside of work, Kyle’s greatest priority is his family. He and his wife, Amanda, have two children, Brooks and Natalie. Kyle enjoys spending time with them, caring for his lawn, and running as a way to stay grounded and clear-minded. He believes family is defined not by biology, but by love, commitment, and the life built together.
